"When we got to our room there was uncollected garage with left over dog food in two cans full and smelly. There was also no hand soap in either bathroom. We stopped by the front desk on the way to dinner to report this. When we got back the soap had been delivered but the garage was still there. Had to find a housekeeper to come and take it. "
