"The room itself was good, but noisy day and night and do not disturb signs (2) on door meant nothing to staff. There is a bar on the ground floor and part of the hotel is being remodeled. We were woken up each morning by a phone call reminding us that breakfast was at the same time, in the same place, every day. There is no fireplace, which is in the description. Staff came to the room on the last morning at 11:15 to tell us we needed to check out now, which is listed as 12:00. Someone read...

"Ok for one night stay. It is closer to US Consulate. Could have kept the floor and room more clean. There was dust on the buttons and plugs. The floor was a bit unclean."

"Terrible. Elevators are shut off by 9pm and the stairwells are dark and dingy. No hot water. Breakfast is served without coffee or tea. I am not going back to this place again!"
