"We had a fantastic stay staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day. There was a washing machine that included washing powder in the charge. Reception was great on arrival so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay "

"Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. "We stayed here on a 4 day trip, 2 adults, Thursday - Monday Room has no air conditioning and had a whiff of sewer.. Food is awful and is often cold, even when the restaurant has just opened. Food is repeated for 3-4 meal times in various forms The sunbeds are locked until 10 - however they are unlocked about 9.45 or so.. but in lieu of sunbeds being reserved the chairs from the pool bar are moved into the spots people want and then exchanged for sunbeds when they're unlocked.. other guests...

"Really nice hotel … we had a 2 bed premium room on the Serenity side which was adequately equipped and comfortable. Short 10/15 min walk to centre of town. Only negative was on check out there was no courtesy/shower room as we had an evening flight. Otherwise a great stay. "
