Peaceful Pines is a home that really lives up to its name! Nestled among towering evergreens, this property is designed for a peaceful getaway that will leave you refreshed and relaxed. From the steamy hot tub on the deck to the cozy living room with woodstove to the extra family playroom upstairs, it’s all meant to provide a fun, yet tranquil, experience.

Located in a quiet North Lake Tahoe neighborhood, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ideal for a group of up to 8. Enter on the first floor to the fully equipped kitchen and dining nook with seating for 6 plus 4 portable table trays, comfortable living room with plush sofa and easy chair and a flat screen TV with streaming services but no cable, one bedroom with a King bed, second bedroom with 2 Twin beds, a full bathroom and laundry facilities in the hall.

Upstairs there’s a spacious family room, complete with a large TV and lots of toys, games, books and movies to entertain kids and adults alike. The third bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed. There’s a bathroom on this level as well.

On the deck, a 6 person hot tub awaits after a day on the slopes or the lake. In summer, there’s a gas grill available too. In the yard, a fun playhouse with swing set, slide and mini climbing wall is ready for the kids. Two car garage is available for renters’ use too.

An easy walk on scenic trails leads to the North Tahoe Regional Park, which offers a variety of all –season activities including a treetop adventure course, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking and biking trails, disc golf course, kids’ playground, and when snow levels allow, snowshoeing, sledding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.

Nearby attractions include miniature golf, 9 hole golf course, shops, restaurants and, of course, the gorgeous “Big Blue” lake, beaches, and world-class skiing / snowboarding that make Lake Tahoe famous.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 3 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND.
