"This cabin is conveniently located, but also peaceful and private. My husband and I brought our college age daughter here for spring break, and were able to ski both Palisades and Alpine Meadows, which are each about a 15 minute drive away from the rental home. There were also plenty of cute restaurants and a large Safeway within a short drive. The home itself has a wonderful living area, fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. "This A-frame unit was perfect for myself (downstairs queen), 4 kids (bunk-room) and my friends (upstairs loft king). The location was perfect for getting into Tahoe City for essentials or the ~20min drive to Palisades for skiing. We had a small snafu with plumbing, but the property manager had it fixed as soon as possible with excellent communication. Pro-tip - the downstairs bedrooms got hot, even with the heat turned down to 62. Leave a window open - it still didn't get too cold in the winter,...

"Set-up is very nice, 2 master bedrooms plus a 3rd upstairs with a loft. Charming cabin, very clean and dog friendly. Short walk to the beach and The Pub."

"Two downsides; the back door didn’t properly lock and not all of the windows opened. But none of these really affected our overall experience. We liked the house and location. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, hot tub was fine (no weird smell like the other review), lots of towels, blankets, toilet paper and paper towels. The main living area does get warm on hot days but by night it cooled down fine."
