My navigation kinda got me to the wrong spot initially but then figured out where the office was (a bit hard to discern in the dark). Large spacious room, waking distance to restaurants and the lake is right there. I’d stay here again next time in south lake. Library next door had a free charger available for electric cars.

We have been staying at this hotel for last 4 years each time we visited lake Tahoe, but not going to next time. Our last checkout process was the worst we have had at any hotel in states. We were 20 mins late to check out due to my daughter feeling bad, she had to use the bathroom last minute on top of her illness. hotel called my room phobe number 2 times asking to leave the room even though i told them we are on our way moving the laggages. our checkout was on a week day when horel was almost empty(a few cars at the parking is the sign) but they still called us a few times with annoying reminders that we are late and will be charged for late checkout (even less than half an hour is not acceptable to them for a customer who spent thousands dollars during these years on the hotel). the part that most annoying was to putt my laggages down every time i had to pickup the phone at our room to answer the front desk even though i told them when they called me first time that we are in process of moving the laggages.. Not to mention that when we asked about California laws and out of state coverage prior to making 911 emergency call the day before to call medics because of my daughter we were told its standard coverage(one emergency call for free a year) but it was out of pocket expense . Not staying here ever again just for this one incident with front desk.

Very good restaurants close by where the hotel gave us a discount. The room was clean and comfortable. It was dog friendly. Staff were pleasant.

Nice brand new rooms with super comfortable beds and linens! We got a fairly big room and it was nice and spacious. Exceeded my expectations for the cost, would stay here again. Have to call and ask for room service I think bc we didn’t get any, but we were only there for 2 nights so nbd

Location and view is good. Need to improve carpet cleaning - no one likes looking at stained and dirty carpet during holidays. The refrigerator is as good as room temperature, does not cool. The AC/heater made continuous loud noise.. I have stayed at this place 5 year ago too, and I can see the maintenance has gone worse.

Property needs overhaul- outdated and worn out look. Small registration room is detached and main building has concrete floor entrance hall with distancing stickers on the floor from ?2020 Covid time?? Photos were very deceiving with no lobby in facility - felt like an apt building. Would not recommend or stay here again. Overpriced for facility! Es.
