"The location is very convenient in accessing to shopping, foods, other things. The spa is good and included. Hotel foods are tasty with a good amount of choices, but almost the same dishes everyday. "The property is great in general. However, the reception counter people do not seem to be professional. The previous day we borrowed bikes from their concierges and left our GPS holder on one of the bikes. The concierges found the holder and properly documented it for lost and found. The next morning when we were checking out, we asked the reception counter staff twice if they found our holder, and both times they told us no without checking the lost and found paperwork. "A good view is from their outdoor space on Roof Floor. The shared bathroom is very comfy, and the water coming out of the showerhead is strong enough. Besides, you can play various card games and legos in their social resting area. "

"There wasn't any staff at the hotel reception when we arrived in the late morning. We wanted to store our lugguage before checking in at 3pm. We managed to go into the reception area with other guests going out. Called the number to reach the staff and the phone was at the reception desk without any attendance! "
