The location and staff are excellent, hotel is very luxurious but has areas that definitely need upgrading. Our original room on the 17th floor was huge, but had wall-to-wall carpet which was old and dusty so we moved to a smaller but more modern and non-carpeted room on the 14th floor, which was perfect. Breakfast was a nice mix of Eastern and Western options. We were flying out the following day so the hotel being right next to the rail line was super convenient.

Cosmos is my go-to hotel for Taipei. This is my fourth time staying at Cosmos. It is adjacent to the Taipei Main Station. The M3 exit at Taipei Station leads you to the hotel…so convenient when it is raining.

It was a pleasant experience, all the staff from check-in to restaurant to the greeters were friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had many options. Decorations were slightly dated but clean and well maintained. Good and convenient location to everywhere. I would recommend.

Very old style hotel and noisy, strong sounds from night , maybe underground underneath! I booked double room , turn out I got a room with two beds , not sure it is the definition in Taiwan ! Only good thing is close to main station and easy to reach airport!

The hotel is closed to the main station. It is good. However, there’s a big issue, only three elevators for serving customers, it’s almost impossible for us to go down in the morning. We can not get into any elevator for a while, always full. If you need to catch a flight, give yourself some extra time.

Hotel location very convenient and very close to taipei main station ( exit m3 ). There is 2 convenient store (family mart and 7-11 open 24 hours ) mext to the hotel. Hotel staff very helpful and very welcoming too. The only sad is room design bit rundown, overall still good
