"The room stunk of Bad body odour, the cups were dirty around the handles, floor was coming apart, thudding from upstairs so sleep was poor. Was advertised has having a restaurant but wasn’t one. The only positive was the man on reception was very polite and helpful."

"After getting a bit lost with Apple Maps we arrived via a country lane with google maps. Still very conveniently located a short drive from M25 and Hertfordshire zoo. Apple Maps seem to take you to the other side of carriageway, beware.
This didn’t feel like a hotel, really quirky with lovely surroundings. Very clean and modern. Loved the big old trees in the grounds. Tea & coffee bags in the rooms were lovely quality and nice mugs. Toiletries smelt lovely too. Only issue we had was I couldn’t turn hot tap on, was so stiff that my son had to do it and the bathroom door stuck. These were small issues for a very very lovely stay. I will be back.

"Only had a short stay but it was great. I checked in late at night after a concert in London, and was leaving early in the morning to fly home. The room lovely, spacious and clean. The member of staff who checked me in was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again!"
