"Quirky manor house Hotel. Nice room classed as a suite, but only high level skylights which really closes it in. Space much better suited to a family room. Very nice restaurant, menu OK, food OK and fairly reasonably priced. If you don't like liw flying aircraft passing overhead every few minutes it's not for you. Overall it was very good value. "

"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."

"We have stayed at the holiday inn lots of times before, Brentwood was up to the normal standard, breakfast the first morning was cold so we asked the friendly staff you microwave it for us, the 2nd morning was lovely, the coffee was not as good as normal, quite bitter, plenty of choice of other drinks though, you can ask for omelette or pancakes which are freshly cooked for you which is really nice, great hotel, very pleased "

Its close to London and convenient for access to motorways , its basic budget rooms are like a motel , they are clean and furnished, nicely decorated and comfortable. We didnt catch the name of the lovely waitress who served us brekfast and lunch but she was very efficient and professional.
