"Fairly spacious and modern little studio. Everything went well. No TV in room, but WiFi was perfect. The building is nice, from the 1960s but renovated in 2019 I believe. My only small complain is that the windows are probably original from the 1960s, I heard so much noise from outside (traffic)."

"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"This luxury duplex apartment was exactly as described on the website and a great choice for a stay as it was in a great location with Tram 4 stop outside main entrance so it was quick & easy to get into the centre. Apartment was well supplied with equipment & cleaning materials and had all the comforts of home as well as a few ectra thoughtful touches. There was a 24hr supermarket in the building as well as a cozy pub so it was so convenient to have these on the first night when arriving late...

"Good location but didn't expect a flight of stairs before the entrance. There's alternative route but was following the gps. No view but not a big problem as we seldom in room. Room is slightly small but not an issue. The area around Bob is dirty but uncontrollable by the property. Will recommend Bob to budget travellers."

The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. "Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"It’s a really nice hotel with good amenities. The sauna was great and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that disappointed me was no furniture like a dresser in the room to clothes in during our stay. That was true at another hotel in Copenhagen so maybe it’s a Nordic thing. "

"The hotel is abit old. But the facilities of guest sauna and the staff are really kind and helpful! It’s walkable to the train station, even with luggages, we are able to access the hotel easily. Lots of food dining options around the hotel and walkable distance to the main shopping street and central market!"
