Stayed in Tallinn for 2 nights. The location was great. It was directly connected to the shopping mall and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are old but well maintained. The beds are not too old, but the view from the rooms is good. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of items. This is a recommended hotel in Tallinn.

Central location which is easy to reach the old town. Even though the hotel was renovated, there is a sad feeling that this building is very old with wall scratches, mold in the bathroom, and patches all over the place.

The Front Desk Manager, Mr. Karmo Haavik, was fantastic! He was professional yet relatable, and sincerely interested in who we are as travelers and hotel guests (without being intrusive). We really enjoyed talking to him and he gave us great tips about the nearby places and events to enjoy. He really was wonderful! Thank you so much for such a lovely, memorable stay.
