Rentamos el “Hotel Providencia” por expedía y cuando llegamos a la recepción nos dijeron que ya no tenían cuartos aunque cuando reservamos si estaban disponibles. Nos mandaron a un depa súper lejos de la plaza.

Nice simple rooms for sleeping in on your visit, the internet was not functional and the Smart TV was not able to connect to the internet.

Very loud and noisy. Shower door doesn’t work, you need to request towels. They don’t respect the price. Desk service was ok. You can heard the neighbors upstairs, downstairs and next to the room.

Vale la pena, hotel seguro. Lo recomiendo, yo fui a una boda lo use solo para descansar, personal muy atento. Extravié mi llave en el evento pero cuando llegué en la madrugada había personal en recepción para aperturar mi habitación. Excelente todo.

Cerca del jardín principal, estacionamiento seguro y muy limpio, pero tiene muchos problemas de mantenimiento, desde ventilador que no funciona bien, no hubo señal de sky nunca, y el agua para bañarse es una travesía mantener el agua caliente (se pone fría y hay que volver a cerrar y abrirle y regular cada 2 minutos), y no te resuelven nada en recepción, y de hecho intentaron cobrarme de más a pesar de tener bien marcado el precio de la reservación.

Buena estancia.
Muy amables en la recepción, te brindan sugerencias sobre el lugar a visitar, el estacionamiento muy seguro, la limpieza y orden es muy buena, el alojamiento se encuentra a escasas dos cuadras de la plaza principal, en lo general recomendable.

Al llegar negaron tener una reservación de Expedia, tardaron en checar y confimar que efectivamente si la había, me dieron una habitación distinta a la que había reservado, dicha habitación se le metía el agua mojando una de las camas, no hay teléfono en la habitación y tuve que bajar por escaleras los cuatro pisos que son hasta resepcion para que secaran lo cual fue solo el piso, llenan de más el estacionamiento y hay que esperar para poder salir

Es un hotel de 3 pisos y planta baja, no tiene elevadores, y que relativamente precio servicios no corresponde, no tiene toallas, en las habitaciones, te las dan al registro, el servicio de televion es por Internet no sirve, te dejan 1 jabon chico y shampo pequeño de baño y 1 jabon de manos, para las 2 a 6 personas que se hospen por cuarto. Pueden mejorar todo eso.
