"The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. "

"This was our second stay at Casa Del Mar in the past year. Everything was fabulous! Our teen girls loved the resort style private pool and tropical outdoor living area. The house itself is lovely with 3 en-suite bed/baths and adorable bunk room. The house is probably 100 steps to the beach where we loved the tide pools and access to both Playa Langosta (left) and Tamarindo beach (right). "My family of six stayed for a week in February. Because of the outdoor space, there was plenty of room for our four teenagers to spread out. They provided us with a personal orientation to area shops, beaches, tours and restaurants,and HELP when we had issues with our transportation plans.
