"This is by far the best VRBO stay my husband and I have ever experienced. The hosts, Mike & Sam, went above and beyond and even greeted us upon our arrival to see if we had any questions. The cabin is beautiful, well-maintained, and nestled alongside a serene creek. When we walked into cabin, there was a handwritten note, brownies, and a bottle of wine. "The cottage and property were exactly as described. We were disappointed that we had no communication from the owner. The air conditioner did not cool the master bedroom. The door lock did not work. However, we would stay here again."

"Gorgeous house at the entrance of Bear Lake Reserve. Our family loved sitting on the screened in porch with fire place for all of our meals and game nights. House was very pretty, had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Communication with the owners was excellent and our family loved our time here. We will be back! Thank you Brian & Jan!"

"We are often fly fishing with our friends at Headwaters Outfitters and they are literally just right down the road. That made this location ideal. The hot tub under the night stars made it even more special. Our dog loved the morning walks and was not quite sure about the big black Angus dogs, but they definitely peeked her curiousity. This was my first stay in a tiny home and I can't wait to come back."

"Nice home in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to Cashiers and many hiking trails in the area. The screened porch was our favorite as most time was spent there. House was well equipped for cooking and found the house to be clean upon arrival. The front entrance was a little tricky getting into, as the door handle seemed to be broken; however after a few minutes we were able to figure it out."

"Overall a great stay! House is beautifully decorated and kitchen pretty well stocked. The back deck and stairs could use a good pressure wash, and a screen door on the back door would be ideal! The backyard is awesome, and our little boys loved playing and exploring in the creek. We also used the community pool and the husbands golfed at Sky valley. Perfect retreat weekend!"
