The Little Pink Guest Suite

Enjoy our cozy back yard guest suite. Fully fenced in by a privacy fence with dedicated off street parking. Our space is walking distance to some of the best bars, coffee shops and restaurants in Seminole Heights. Inside you'll have a fully equipped kitchenette, very comfy brand new Queen size bed, Smart TV, and fast internet. We have all you need to provide comfortable stay for vacation or business travel right in the middle of the city with quick access to everything via car.

The space
Our 350 square foot Guest Suite is attached to the back of our 1939 Pillbox Bungalow Home. The Guest Suite is a completely separate space from the main house with no shared spaces or doorways.

We LOVE our guest suite, it is cozy and inviting and will cater to whatever your needs may be. We can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The space is well lit and full of house plants. Almost everything in the space is vintage (except the mattress!). We love restoring antique furniture in our spare time so that is what we have furnished this space with.

There is also a fully stocked efficiency style kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer) toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes and utensils. Basically everything except an oven and stove.

Guest access
You'll have access to our driveway, the entire guest suite, outdoor patio and pergola.

Other things to note
Please note that this space has ONE queen size bed and an extra long couch. We do not provide bedding for the couch.

Nice quiet area. Suite located behind the owner's home with complete privacy. Spacious room with small fridge, microwave, portable oven tops & utensils. Near mexican and sushi establishments, very modestly priced menu. It's 13 mins from the Tampa convention center. Downtown hotels charge +- $20 for parking, here you park in front of the property N/C. Owners super friendly!!

Quiet, cozy, convenient
The little pink guest suite was ideal for our weekend wedding in Tampa. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite was very conveniently located to downtown. Everything was comfortable, and we felt well taken care of. Very clean and everything we needed was there, including some nice touches like teabags and oatmeal. Highly recommend.

We loved this accommodation! Perfect for single person or couple. Nice comfy bed, sofa, TV, desk, well-stocked kitchen (had coffee and tea and a fridge), extra toiletries in bathroom. Lovely weekend!
We loved the location of this adorable and well-equipped bungalow. It was perfect for our needs and in the cutest neighborhood area with our Tampa Gasparilla destination being nearby. I particularly loved the design and felt very comfortable, with trendy furnishings and a boutique feel. We woke up and checked out and found some fun food trucks, then headed over to the Tampa Bay Downs for the afternoon. Thank you so much!

VRBO close to the heart of Tampa.
Nice quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. The owners have created a great VRBO cottage that is decorated with such interesting items they have collected. The outdoor sitting area is wonderful and nicely shaded with botanical delights. Loved all the plants. Very relaxing place. Great stay. Thanks. My favorite item was the cutting board with the mushrooms on it, that was a blast from the past.šŸ˜Š

Everything You Could Need
The owner of the site said that he and his wife had stayed in 10 or more VRBO properties to ensure they had what the guests need. They had more than could possibly be needed or used. It was a very thoughtful gesture for travelers. The property was close to family in Seminole Heights, great location for the visit.
