"Check in easy with polite staff. Parking explained. Asked what I would like for breakfast next morning, given the hot choices and rough time required. Room was small but really nicely decorated, bathroom with walk in shower was modern and upmarket fittings. Breakfast was excellent, staff were excellent. No negatives at all."

"Basic and budget which suited what I needed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is above a pub so beware of possible noise from downstairs. The Room was fine albeit a little tatty and very basic."

"Hired a twin room for the night whilst staying with my daughter after a previous bad experience at a different hotel. The room was clean, the TV worked and the pressure in the shower was nice to me. Stopped for a beer in the pub (noise from which was not heard in the room) and the ladies working were polite and helpful. I felt I received good value for money, I would happily return and would be glad to recommend to others"
