"We were disappointed in this hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite for 3 people but the room had supplies for only 2 people. On our first night there, we had no TV service, no hot water in the sink, and a toilet that would not refill. A hotel employee came to our room and spent hours trying to fix the problems.
