"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

"Great location, ski in, everything is within few steps away! Nice swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Room was very comfortable and had everything and more than we needed. Really enjoyed the place and location."

"Was disappointed by the resort that is meant to be car free. In realisty yhere are cars everywhere. Hotel is also really bad value. Amazing staff though, super friendly and professional. "

"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! "This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. "Great location. Really close to the ski lifts - we could just walk out of the ski locker room and step onto the slope that leads down to the lifts. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The hotel itself was great value for money - an endless supply of food and drink all included in the room rate. Breakfast was a huge buffet with pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, breads, cooked meats, etc. You could make your own packed lunch during the breakfast buffet or...
