"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a wonderful stay here - we're looking forward to coming back! The rooms were clean, well supplied and spacious, the staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was very impressed at how efficiently the hotel is run. "Really great staff. Never had poor service at a holiday inn. Kudos to a chirpy Ben on the morning shift. This is slightly dated hotel and the bathroom set up is unfriendly with a step into the bathroom and a huge step into the shower. The bed felt like a tiny double. It is conveniently located which is why it is so popular. Breakfast was a highlight, well laid out, plenty of space and fresh food "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Taunton East. It was just what I needed for my visit. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. My room and bathroom were good and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Taunton and the wider area. "

"We stay here whebever flying early from Bristol Airport and you cant go wrong for the price. Facilities are basic but just what you need for a 1 night stay. Beds are comfy its quiet and clean, staff are friendly what more do you need."
