Nice place just needs a few things refreshed and updated. Toilet brush was looking orange, shower head kept sliding down. Room had a double bed not a Queen size as per listing. Wifi was horrible, if you stay here youll for sure have to use your own data. Tv was unable to access the apps eg Youtube, TVNZ. Easy to walk around to everywhere

I would like to request a refund. We have paid good money to stay here. After one shower of 7 minutes the water ran cold so my partner couldn’t shower. When we returned from dinner at 9pm and went to get into bed the bed was filthy. We found hair in the sheets and under pillow and snot in the bed. The cleaners clearly hadn’t changed the sheets from previous stay. It took an hour to get help from reception and they moved our room. However our night was ruined we felt dirty and weren’t comfortable staying here. I would like a full refund as what was meant to be a special night with my partner became a disaster of no sleep and feeling dirty

Be aware you may not get what you book- there is a disconnect between Expedia and the property owners. Our booking was for a Queen and 2 singles and got 2 Queens. Fully booked so no chance to change. Manager on site did at least provide bedding for a sofa bed

The Beaumont complex itself is nice but however apartment was not luxury as stated, apartments appear to be privately owned ( air bnb without the breakfast) The apartment was tired in appearance could do with a fresh coat of paint & bathroom upgrade, the checkout instructions were to another level, load the dishwasher, dispose of rubbish with directions for where rubbish chute & recycling facilities were in complex !!!!! Very disappointing for the price . On a brighter note location GOOD

Unfortunately it was noisy from the road below, there was no air con and it was very hot being on the top floor and it was quite small for the price.The swimming pool was in maintenance 1 day while we were there. Otherwise beautiful views of the ocean and clean. Easy parking under building.
