Table with coffee maker did not have a plug nearby. dresser drawers didn't work properly, pillows rock hard, towels were very old and thin, asked for room cleaning and it did not happen, had to hunt down staff for towels and they requested I bring dirty towels to them in order to get clean towels. next day asked again for room cleaning and it didn't happen until after 5pm. Cheryl at desk was wonderful. room size was good. shower control was broken.

To be quite honest I lucked out completely with this booking. I actually picked it as it was the cheapest available option in the area. Check in was simple and pleasant. Room was particularly big in my opinion and very clean. Atmosphere being right on a canal was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here as I will myself next time travelling through. I spoke with a couple staying in the room beside us ( there for scuba diving) and they’ve been staying there once a month for about a year now. Obviously it must be the right place to stay.

We had a backed up toilet and they wanted us to wait until morning for it to be repaired. We made them get us the right tools and we fixed it ourselves. The shower ran either really hot or cold. If you adjusted to the middle temp it shut off. The shower regulator was incorrect cold water on the regulator got you hot water

The property is ok if just staying for one night or too. Unfortunately we stayed longer. We stayed in the king bed with water view. Room was small and walls very thin also has a massive fridge/freezer that was very noisy. Bathroom was below average shower had quite poor pressure and the toilet was very strangely situated right next to the door opening.

Property was very convenient located close to where i had meet up a client and I booked especially because i saw a picture with a sun deck. Well when i got there there is no sun deck in the hotel. They have chairs in the back but not the beach sun deck they have advertised. Im very disappointed about that so that’s why im giving 3 starts. Overall it was pretty clean and quiet.

This property is worn, the towels are so worn and thin they hardly could dry you. Our bathroom was a huge problem. The sink leaked from behind, the bottom of the toilet was leaking, the shower head was spraying out water from where it screws on the pipe. We had to soak up water on the floor with our towels and had to ask twice for replacement towels. The water pressure in the shower was low, and low in the sink. We never did have warm or hot water in the bathroom sink. There was a tile broken on the floor, and the shower had mold in the grout. Needless to say, we won't be back.

This was such a cute and convenient property! We stayed on 12/19/24 and the kind woman at the front desk even gave us a room with a nice porch area and beautiful view of the water because it was my 40th birthday!
