This is a good place to stay if you're looking for a clean bed to come back to after a hot day in the Keys without spending a ton. The view of the canal out back makes for a nice place to sit and relax.

Clean simple place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Two pools open. Close to kayak rental. Close to a small bar and restaurant. The only thing we really didn’t like was that the curtains were not blackout curtains so the street lights were shining in our faces all night.

Very friendly staff, was convenient and easy to find and park. The room itself could have been cleaner (especially the walls and light switches ) and was missing some service items. But overall a good stay

The room was dirty when we arrived. Since we did a late check in we had to sleep with the room like that, there was hair in the shower, on the sheets, the room smelled super humid and there was sand in the chair. We called the next day and they cleaned everything. It was better and felt better afterwards.

The room was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the desk attendant was surly and did not replace burned out lightbulbs in our room. The description of the property was misleading in that it said the room was “creekside“ when in fact, the entryway and large window was originally intended to face the highway.
