First time visiting. Overall, it met or exceeded our expectations. However, we found their MXN 696.00 price tag for their breakfast hotel quite excessive. We don't remember having seen the price advertised on the restaurant's entrance. The staff was very friendly, and the food quality was unquestionable, but the breakfast experience failed to meet the value-price mark for us.

The hotel's location provieds great views of Taxco, but is not worth car/taxi/shuttle rides up if you are stay there more than 1 or 2 days. The staff is fantastic 5 stars.. The other con, is this hotel is outdated, it needs a major renovation.

The view is amazing and the hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious. My only request is they upgrade the coffee condiments in the rooms The was only one pack of creamer. Both my wife and I like cream in our coffee. There should be enough for two at least.

I would definitely not recommend the property. The service in the pool area was very limited, I struggled a lot getting specifically the dishes I ordered as well as the drinks. The quality of the food is not good and the hotel seems to be under staffed. The place has a great potential to have something a lot better, I would not come back to the hotel, at least not in the near future.

Hi Would you believe it there was a big escorpion walking freely on the floor you can imagin if it had bitten one of us you can imagin the rest . And all he said we put you in another room i want my money back for the nights i paid!!!!! By the way i took a photo in case we decide to sue them. Thank you for listening

Excelente atención de todo el personal, muy destacable. El Hotel, aunque ya tiene sus décadas, está bien conservado y sobre todo muy limpio. El área de la alberca muy agradable con los animadores y la música a muy buen volumen. 100% recomendable hotel. Regresaré pronto.
