"Perfect resort for some Rest & Relaxation! We stayed at the renovated rooms, with the balcony overlooking the river. The gushing waters were already such a relaxing sound, and all the heated pools made it that much better! The water slides were quite exhilarating! The restaurant was great. My only "complaint" is that the adult section of the pools had carpet in the changing rooms which were all wet and smelled like stinky boots at rental shops at ski resorts. Floors definitely need an update...

"We loved this cabin and its surroundings. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. It had all the provisions that we needed and more. Hikes were convenient. We visited the hot springs and the trout hatchery and Buena Vista. We saw a lot of wildlife out our back door with beautiful mountain views. It was a comfortable size for the 3 of us."

"The listing accurately reflects the rental. It is in a great location and we enjoyed the hot tub alongside the creek. One thing to note - I would say this place is less pet friendly and more pet tolerable. They block off the master bedroom saying pets are not allowed in it, which is a bummer if you have your pet sleep in the same room. "Cozy property minutes to Mt Princeton hot springs. We spent the weekend with family and had a great time. The house was fully stocked for cooking meals and the house has the perfect mountain home feel. One very minor thing is the basement was very cold. "Our stay was an excellent experience for the entire family! This house has everything we needed to enjoy the Colorado Mountains including the fishing pond with lots of fish. The location is great for the nearby hot springs, rafting and towns of Salida and Buena Vista. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the stars after dark. "This was our second time staying in this wonderful home!! Sitting on the patio(or in the hot tub) looking at the beautiful view of Mt. Princeton can’t be beat! The home is very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with owners was great too. We had easy access to town and different hiking trails. The half mile trail at the home is also well worth walking too. We will definitely stay again when we visit Buena Vista."

"This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time."

"Came for a short stay celebrating a birthday. Kids came, May snow came (17” total over the weekend). We weren’t planning on snow, but still made the best of it.
