"Lovely well well equipped cottage. Plenty of parking. Nice welcome groceries (bread, eggs, butter, jam & milk). Also had most of the subscription TV channels available and excellent wi-fi. Close to Buxton which is a 'must see' if in the area."

"A beautiful bungalow on the doorstep of free to walk Ilam Hall grounds and 1.5 mile walk to Dovedale stepping stones.Well equipped property with toys, colouring books and dvds for kids.6 year old didn't want to leave. "

"Nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The building has character. Room is clean. Walls are thin and I’ve been able to hear the man next door snoring, and now their dogs barking and whining. Apart from that all has been okay. Parking was easy to find using the postcode provided for it by the hotel. "
