"Room was very basic small bedroom bathroom very dated, room could certainly do with an upgrade, certain areas of the hotel could do with a fresh lick of paint. Food at breakfast and evening meal was very good plenty of choice really good quality."

"The hotel looked lovely. The pools were good and safe. Great location for wanting to hike but slightly out of the way to walk to beach/bars/restaurants. Some of the staff could be quite rude but most were friendly. "

"Excellent 5 days as previous year. Entertainment / Activities were generally very good if you’re up for a bit more than just a laze around an excellent pool scene. Breakfast and Dinner were very good with plenty of choice for a little extra. Will be returning for a 3rd time next year."

"Reception staff is good. All need to focus on Dinning / Food service staff. Dinning staff 80 percent is not welcoming and not looking that people eating they grab plates. We on half board and check for evening snack if available, they told it’s free but later come and charge us. All it’s about if we ask let us know need to pay or not. Rest amazing property. Thanks"

"We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"Friendly reception team. Apartments are a lovely size and had a nice view of the pool. Easy to park outside. Pool was warm and lots of sunbeds. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Really happy we chose this apartment for the facilities and the location."
