"Nice stey"

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"For the price, this motel was great. It had newer rooms that were freshly painted and clean. It seemed like an older place, but it was fixed up and felt safe. This is still very much a discount motel though, it just looks nicer. The downsides: slow internet and bright lights. I was getting less than 10mbps. Also, they switched over to plantstion style shutters in the room, which look nice, but allow a lot of light in at night. The motel uses super bright lights outside for safety and it bleeds...

"I was very frustated upon arriving at the Embassy Suites. Ive always stayed at this Embassys location. Upon arrival I was told I would be charged $10.00 to park my car in the hotel parking lot. Embassy has never charged me to park. I was traveling with my 10 year old Son. It was just the two of us. I paid $170.00 to stay 1 night and was suprisingly charged $10 extra dollars to park my car. I was very dissappointed at Embassy for charging guests $10.00 to park. Not a good service in my opinion....
