"Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!"

Knoxtopia: BRAND-NEW Downtown Knoxville Condo in Historic Century Building
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous fixtures and comfortable beds. Perfect night view of fireworks from the large living space windows. Responsive owner, very polite and accommodating. Would be good for a family, but we went as two adults and had plenty of space."
"We had a great short stay at this hotel in Knoxville. All the staff, from the front desk to the valets, were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was good, and everything was clean. "
"I specifically was looking for a hotel without carpet because hotel carpet is disgusting. Very nice update room. Very clean bathroom and loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Very luxurious."
Cumberland House Knoxville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. "
"The location is outstanding. Walkable to numerous dining and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The rooms are unique and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had just updated the phone system so there was a small issue but the staff assured us they were working to resolve it. We will return for a future stay. "
