"Great hotel with pool and gym. Service is great and the Restaurant was perfect! You have to pay for coins to use the one washer and dryer near the pool , luckily I brought my own soap. Vending machine has bathingsuits and goggles for sale in the ironing room. The lobby has many available drinks and snacks. Checkout was at 12 so no rush leaving in the morning. The breakfast is superior! "

"This was a great location to stay. Across the street from train and bus station. Easy access to the tulip gardens as they have a bus dedicated for the gardens at the depot. "The hotel was very central- it was excellent for walking into Leiden. There was no communal lounge facilities which was disappointing. The swimming pool had very limited opening hours from 8-9.30am. It was geared towards paying for the Wellness suite. This was a shame as it would have been enjoyable using it more often. "

Rooms are quite small but so well decorated, perfectly clean, and space is utilized efficiently so you really don’t mind at all. The lobby and common spaces are also so creatively decorated & inviting.. food was great as well. Super easy check-in, helpful staff. 10/10 will utilize for anytime we have an overnight layover in Amsterdam!"

"Great staff especially check in. Gave us a nicer room when I mentioned that Expedia did not mention construction view rooms. Easy parking, great location, comfortable rooms and nice spa. Everyone was super helpful. Lots of very good places to eat close by. Recommend Copper for dinner (across from hotel), and Tulum for breakfast (20 minute walk on the beach but worth the effort). Nice shopping street around the corner. "
