"Currently they are working on construction close. They start drilling / construction after 9AM. Would be good to know they have to have $1000TBH for deposit up front. They would not accept all visas. The culture is to pay upfront for all services like spa appointments. This location did not allow to charge to the room. However, they allowed me to charge breakfast. I was given no special VIP access as I was stated. Location was close to shopping which is helpful. "

"My review is for a seaview room in the main building. Possibly the best compliment for a business is returning. It's the 3rd time I've stayed here and second under the Paradox brand. Always pleasant having sunset drinks on the balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well appointed. Relaxed breakfast...get up early and go for a beach front walk then beat the crowds to breakfast. Easy walk to external dining options and entertainment. Thx Paradox staff and see you again soon 😊🙂"

"On our first night, an in-house guest from another level, who appeared to be intoxicated, knocked on our door and rang the doorbell three times late at night. This was particularly inconvenient as my partner was unwell. When we informed the staff the next morning, Guy and Hannah went above and beyond to address the situation. While the incident was unfortunate, we truly appreciate their efforts in acknowledging and rectifying it."

"I have been coming to Grand Center Point Sukhumvit 55 for close to a decade, but primarily for the Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa located inside the hotel. During our honeymoon, we started and ended our trip staying at the hotel, and I’m now a customer for life. This place feels like a luxurious home away from home. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and quite well priced for what you get. The pool, fitness center, and property grounds and finishings are gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, and they offer a consistent shuttle to Thonglor BTS. The staff is immensely helpful from coordinating transportation to offering late checkout when possible. When we began the trip I accidentally left a few items in the room and when we returned at the end they had them neatly bagged and labeled for pickup. Prompt and friendly communication throughout. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Highly recommend."
