The District Holidays

Really appreciated checking in a little early, the first receptionist we dealt with was great. Later in the evening, a different receptionist barely spoke when we came down to pay for snacks and had ear buds in. AC in room was dripping and carpet was wet so we knew it must be moldy too. We picked this hotel because of the price and that it had an airport shuttle which we needed for an early flight. Found out at check in that it doesn’t go 24 hours so we had to pay a crazy amount for an Uber which was extremely disappointing. I do have to say, the size of the room was great, beds were comfy and loved the extra space. The area surrounding the hotel seemed a little sketchy. Wish we would have booked at the full service Sonesta as that one was so much nicer for not much difference in price.

The water pressure was low and the surrounding area was quite noisy at night through 2-3am (near music row and loud cars). Slow elevators. Otherwise good.
