"The property was in a good location and very clean. It also looked a bit worn. The breakfast was wonderful for us. My husband is a diabetic and they had great protein, low carb food. Excellent in my opinion! They only thing that was hard for me was the smell of cleaning product was extremely strong there. The lobby, it bowled me over and the room was pungent. I do not have a sensitive nose at all, usually."

"Very nice hotel. When we asked receptionist how to get to the Nashville Symphony hall she stated it was an easy walk over bridge. Too our dismay it was a very difficult walk in the dark (actually a bit scary) for two female cousins age 72 and 75 !! Would recommend they suggest a taxi to “seniors” who are unfamiliar with the area."

"First time to stay at a Virgin property....the hotel is laid out nicely...beautiful lobby and bar area...stayed in a room with 2 other women and found the layout of the bathroom area to be really nice for 3 people trying to get ready at the same time.
