Great location if you want to be close to times square. The beds were a bit on the harder side. Room was a great size, nothing fancy.

Hotel was average. We paid for an upgraded room. Was definitely not an upgrade. There was barely any space to move around the room. I could sit on the bed and my feet could touch the bathroom floor. Towels had a weird smell. The room felt very humid and damp. The hotel has 40 floors and even with three elevators, sometimes took forever to get on.

We just came back from staying there for 5 days. The hotel location is convenient. The room was updated, clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. We had some issues with the WiFi but got it resolved. I would definitely stay there again!
