The location is great as you are across the street from the sea and Palace Pier and all the shopping and dining is around the other corner. The location is great during the day, close to shops, the pier and restaurants but a big negative is at night the noise was unbearable. Drunken revelers in the streets every single night and none of us could get a good night's sleep. Also, the mattresses were too soft, the pillows flimsy, and only one towel per person. "
