"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. "As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...

"I couldn't stay in this property which IS NOT TO RENT and apparently has never been !!! As I couldn't reach the host, I went to the address given by Vrbo and was most surprised to be told by the guardians that though the property existed it had never been to rent... I had to phone Vrbo in the USA ..They refunded me..this fraud is incomprehensible..A bad joke ?!"

"The property owners need to update photos of the property. While the place isn’t dirty, the photos make it look like much better than it actually is. We found a few dead insects and the bedding and furniture were dilapidated. We had the property for 3 nights but left after the first night into a different place."

"It was just a stop over between flights so not there too long. Had a chance for a few hours at the pool where there is no bar or food service and in fact you cannot have drinks or food at your sun bed..... On the other side we had diner in the Chinese restaurant which was excellent"

"Our stay at the Leela was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. I especially loved the flower arrangements. The driver from the airport was very accommodating. The buffet was diverse and very tasty. I will highly recommend. Security made us feel very safe. "

Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Serviced Apartments

"I really enjoyed this hotel after trying to stay with a friend's cousin in Mumbai. It is a bit tired around the edges, there are signs of some wear but it is still a haven of comfort and tranquility compared to the rest of Mumbai. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. It is some of the guests that bring the tone down. I observed rudeness to staff in the form of yelling, inappropriate attire like appearing to breakfast in pajamas and hotel slippers, ill-behaved children etc. Mumbai itself is not a pleasant experience but that's not the hotel's fault. As soon as you turn the corner from the hotel drive, you are surrounded by the typical filth, noise and squalor that make up most of the city. It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. I didn't hear any aircraft noise, not even outdoors by the pool. You hear some faint traffic noises there but it's not too bad. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the street. You could hear the ever-present honking through the window but it wasn't too loud. The food buffets are lavish and varied, bed are super comfortable and the concierge service goes above and beyond. I really enjoyed the gym, steam room and pool. It was worth staying here from a few days to recover from Mumbai's noise and pollution."

"Ultra clean and safe. Excellent food. $Million Dollar Views. Room was Grand. Lovely Public Areas and Pools. And some of the nicest People (Staff) you would ever hope to meet.
