"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. "It's slightly old-school in decor and the location/layout was unusual but those are barely negatives at the price point. We had a twin room with shared bathroom for one night. Room was lovely and warm, beds and pillows were some of the comfiest I've slept in. The *included* breakfast was cooked to order and we were taken back - not only did we have full English, but plenty of drinks choices and snacks and all sorts! "

"Friendly staff, spacious and immaculately clean rooms. Large bathroom with towel warmer, ample space to store clothes and personal items. Light, airy rooms with a beautiful view of Peaacod street. Comfortable beds, desk, sitting area, and a nook for snacks and tea. Loved it here and would happily return! Bear in mind, this is a self-service hotel with three floors and no elevator. That didn't affect me, but is important to know. "

"Property was right across from Windsor Castle which was great. Facia was being renovated so there was scaffolding in front, but it did not affect our view. There were some minor issues on check in, the shower head was a little awkwardly positioned, and they did not have a do not disturb sign for the handle.
