"I loved the hotel, it was the first time I’d stayed and I normally stay at the Harbour Hotel. The only thing I could fault was the crack in my window and the bed was quite hard despite the topper. The linen, duvet and pillows were amazing and I loved the room and hotel decor. I would definitely stay again!"
"This hotel worked for our short 3 day stay. The staff was great and very friendly. The room was in good shape and as described. I filtered my hotel search to include AC so beware it doesn’t have AC or a working elevator. The front desk and owner told us it was getting fixed the next day after we checked. It was not so FYI. We didn’t take advantage of that in house breakfast. We just went to the bakery across the street. I wound close by saying this is a good hotel not great. "
"We had a problem our first night with the shower. The staff were so friendly, helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have the same or similar room available to move to that would have enough space for all of us…so they put aside a room just two doors down for us to use for showers. Not ideal but they were so accommodating that it really was no issue!
Would definitely recommend to stay here if you will be in Southampton for a few nights. Staff is excellent, especially Reece and the area is so walkable it was great! "

Our room had 9 light switches (excluding the one for the bathroom) and it was impossible for us to turn off the dimmed light in the entrance hall area - no matter what switch combo we tried.
