You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals including a blender!  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 60" flat screen TV & HD channels & DVR. The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, 46" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The second guest bedroom is set up with a day bed and twin trundle, perfect for when the grandkids come to visit. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels, pool towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table and chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. You will love cooking out on the BBQ grill right in your back yard! Invite your new friends over for dinner before heading off to Town Square to dance the night away!

This beautiful home comes complete with a Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet included. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

As advertised.
The vacation rental was very clean and came with everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. Nicely furnished. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Short golf cart drive from many shops, restaurants and golfing. Golf cart was nice to have to drive to the courses. Property manager responded to a small issue within an hour. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and Relaxing
Great home, a little dark, very clean. Had some faulty fire alarms, but when I finally got ahold of the property manager they came out within the hour to address the issue. The only other thing that would make things a little easier would be a code entry system to the house. Great location in the Villages. Every thing you could want is nearby and have a golf cart to drive around makes things even more fun.
