"The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this...

"My third time staying in this hotel for business trip. Steps away from HBF Main Train Station, having advantage to arrive and depart conveniently. Will stay again for sure. Just one draw back is that there is no phone in room and I have tried calling down to request slippers, always no answer at front desk. Aqua zoo which is a must visit if you have kids is also close-by. The breakfast spread was amazing.
