"The hotel grounds and rooms are alittle outdated, but it also makes for a great vibe. The jungle feeling surrounding the pool is amazing and makes for peaceful swiming, having the outdoor shower was a great bonus. The down side was the food at the villa, it was not that great. However i think with all the new buildings going up the can make a good improvement to the overall ground's and restaurant. The staff, are the most amazing people, super helpful, extremely friendly, they know the area...

"Highly recommended to treat yourself to a beautiful, relaxing, quiet stay. The property is every bit as beautiful as the photos look. Our villa had a sunset view of the Big Buddha across the bay. The common dining area has the same great view and was empty save for us during breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "The Beatles Lagoon is perfect for the traveler looking for some peace and quiet. It is not a far drive from some great sites, food, and beaches and it is not in the heart of the city bustle and noise. It is a beautiful set up and the room was private and clean. I did have ants show up one day and the staff were so wonderful to take care of it quickly. Highly recommend! "
