"The hotel is lovely and the staff were very freindly and attentive. The only thing we felt was a small issue was that the bathroom had rather a unpleasant smell of bad drains. I'm certain the staff would have addressed this immediately if we had gotten around to mentioning it, but it wasnt that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. "

"We wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance of the city and this was definitely within five minutes walk. Car parking was secure and not as expensive as other places which is a bonus. The room was clean and modern and very warm but opening the window resolved this. The pillows were a bit flat and hard but the bed was comfy. Great breakfast variety. The hotel was small and friendly which was really nice. "

"Parking very limited but luckily got a space. Double room (not comfort double room as they are smaller) was big and had a very large bathroom. However no drawers at all for clothes and a small wardrobe. No room service at all after 9pm - not even a sandwich. Loud music played in rooms was not dealt with. Random person running and shouting up and down the corridor for half hour from about 1am on the second night - so basically security not up to much. Staff were friendly. Bar was ok but pricey,...
