Mini Farmland Apartment with Free Range Chickens and a Beautiful Sunset

This Country Farm is located Thompsons Station and only 10 minutes from First Bank Amphitheater, 10 minutes to Franklin, 2 minutes from Spring Hill and 35 minutes south of downtown Nashville. Convenient access to the I-840 and I-65. Private entrance to apartment, and spacious parking.

Enjoy the views of the country valley, yet close to all the sights and the city.

Enjoy your private bedroom with full size bed and walk in closet, full bathroom shower, full kitchen is fully prepped to prepare an awesome meal before heading to see the sights of Historic Franklin, Leipers Fork and Downtown Nashville.

The Living room offers an electric recliner couch, table with two chairs with beautiful window view. Flat Screen tv with free wifi and Netflix.

Enjoy your morning Coffee on the front patio chair while taking in the scenery of this lovely land.

The lower level of the property has its own private entrance with a door code for entry which will be sent the day before your arrival. Upper level of the apartment has a nice bedroom, closet and bathroom with skylight.

We are a definitely a no smoking farm.... Yet we are easy going and we look forward to your visit. We are not pet friendly due to the chickens, two pop belly pigs and minature horse running around the yard free range. But feel free to bring your leftovers from dinner and the chickens and pigs will come right up to you for a snack.

We charge a $40 cleaning fee and use a third party company so you know the apartment will be in perfect condition upon your arrival.

Perfect, home away from home
We stayed here while attending the Homestead Festival in Columbia. The accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed, even things we forgot we needed. Lauren was most accommodating and thoughtful. The animals were a joy. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Perfect little farm
My wife and I stayed here as it was close to family we were visiting in the area. It is a at a farm but is still close to Spring Hill so plenty around. Also spent a day in Nashville which was an easy drive. Place was clean and perfect for two people. Animals were friendly especially Jerry the pig. Would definitely stay again next time.

Peaceful farm-like stay.
Immediately welcomed by the sheep, the pony and the chickens at this cute property. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom upstairs had wonderful natural light. We had fresh eggs for breakfast and coffee outside in the morning visiting the animals.

Sweet animals. Close to First Bank Amphitheater
My son and I stayed for a couple of days to catch a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Beautiful place. Sweet animals. Friendly hosts. (We gave the horse and pigs a watermelon and some carrots and they loved it.). Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Quaint cottage, peaceful farm
The cottage was everything I’d hoped it would be! Peaceful and fun with the animals! Lauren and Danny were fantastic hosts, satisfying my every need quickly. The Rest and Relaxation I Needed!
What a lovely, calming place! This little apartment was just what I needed on my annual solo burnout avoidance trip. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful all-around. The property is beautiful and populated with friendly farm animals. Close enough to food and activities, but far enough away to feel restful. The family is very welcoming and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay!

Second time staying - amazing!
The farm stay is just the best, my husband and I came back for a second time to celebrate NYE. We love how peaceful, cozy, and relaxing the place is. The animals (chickens, mini-horse, mini-pigs, and cats) love to be fed and interacted with, and are so friendly! Hosts are super communicative and helpful. This place is just perfect. A Farm Escape

Farm Stay
My husband and I are return guests to the property. We find the apartment to be charming, so well appointed, and clean. We love the location as it is close to many points of interest, and we also love taking one afternoon to enjoy time on the deck, visiting with the animals and taking in the view. We will return.
