"We were greeted by Keith on arrival who showed us in and where everything was ,he even had a fresh pint of milk to go with the coffee and biscuits in the apartment It was very clean and tidy, really well equipped, nice and quiet Short 3 minute walk to the high street and shops and restaurant and just across the road to the sea. Five minute walk to the tram station to take you all along the promenade to all of Blackpool's sites Would 100% book again Thanks Keith "

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

"ALL the staff were Absolute Amazing! Customer service was 11/10! The rooms were nice and clean as well as very spacious. Would DEFINITELY reccomend this Hotel to All!"

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Very clean apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Area parking was challenging. Lots to do locally with a great location. The shower temperature could not be adjusted and was extremely hot. The patio was excellent and the hot tub was really nice. Everything was as described, it was well equipped and the host was responsive."

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "Lovely old building. Some grear original architecture. Room was large and clean just looked a bit outdated but then again its a victorian building. Staff friendly. Only down side was the breakfast. Everything had been sat for a while so either rubbery or hard. I noticed alot of sausages had been left on plates, which means they need a better sausage lol"

"Fantastic room 206 fantastic view of the sea fabulous fourposter bed, clean facilities, very good bathroom shame bath jacuusi was not working.... Fab facilities fantastic food and service from. Josh and Nathan so very helpful and courteous they both excelled and went extra mile in understanding helpfulness and I was treated with friendship and respectfully. The laundry, bedding towels, were exceptional and clean and the domestics both knock ask if anything needed fabulous service. Feel josh particularly friendly and a very good chef and cooks delivers fantastic soups steak pies with all vegetables potatoes is also very talented singer, he's, a, happy chappy and will bring u whatever you need. I was totally relaxed and happy with my stay from 10th - 13thjan 2025. "
