"The location is great if you are attending an event at the UChicago. The apartment is big and bright. A couple of small issues - the paint in the shower (the tiles were painted over!) is peeling and falling off while you shower and the cleaning needs to be a little more thorough with the floor boards. The biggest problem was the heat. It is a radiator system. I am sure it works great when the building people actually turn it on, but it was not on when we were there. It was 39 degrees outside,...

"This place was nice and big. Well equipped and clean. Photos were accurate. Better than a hotel for a group. Corridors were noisy and the entrance hall stank of weed."

"The place is just as described and kept nice and clean. Communication with the host was good. Parking spot is a must and reasonably priced. In winter time the vent was really loud so be sure to bring some earplugs. Also the bed covers were very thin for the winter. We were worried about too much smell as this is a smoking unit, but it wasn’t too bad at all."
