Overall is great, especially free luggage storage service even checked out.

The breakfast coupd have been better with cooked all the way through potatoes.

I did really enjoy my stay at the congress hotel overall, 1.st I’m going to say I love the history behind the building and the architecture. It kinda looks like the Stanley hotel on a budget while you’re walking to your room which I’m not complaining I did love the experience. 2. If you’re going here to just get creeped out please take the stairs and not the elevator, there’s a portal in the elevator (lined with mirrors) but their stair are immediately just terrifying and ominous to look at so I couldn’t imagine going up them. The first flight looks beautiful to fit in the the pretty lobby, but then you get to the second floor. I did see 1 cockroach in the stairway, our rooms were clean and set up nice. It’s okay if you’re 18-under 21and can’t stay anywhere else

My stay at Citizen M was exceptional! The staff were attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail was perfect. The room exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
