Three Rivers offers quaint shops and restaurants that are less than a 5-minute drive from the property. The hosts provided excellent communication, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. "This is an EXCELLENT boutique-type property and the room has been tastefully and beautifully furnished and is well-appointed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...

Communication could improve, host only contacted me through private e-mail and text (not the VRBO portal) which I was not even asked before hand. "Located just 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia Park, around 45 min to the Congress trail and 1h30 from entrance to Kings Canyon. Convenient cabins with full kitchen. Martha was really great and helpful. Great coffee and food places are right next door. I recommend to fill gas before coming as prices are high and download internet stuff before you come as there is no cell phone reception and wifi does not reach well the cabins. Best wifi is outside in the balconies. "
