Explore the great outdoors at Hillcrest Park, a lovely green space in Thunder Bay. Make time to visit the area's shops or simply enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
It's better to visit in the summer/fall than winter, unless you're into cross country skiing or ice fishing.

"Hotel was packed with a lot of people who had been evacuated because of the wild fires. Everyone seemed to be doing their absolute best in dealing with a difficult situation. Staff was outstanding and really rose to the occasion. Room was recently renovated and very comfortable. Overall the hotel is fine, but I found the staff exceptionally courteous and kind. "
