"Madly deeply in love with Banyan Tree. Amazing property and beautiful place. Very lovely people and I love the saffron restaurant. Amazing food and view. "This was my second stay at iSanook. Rooms are comfortable, give more of a small condo feel. Not fancy, but well maintained, clean and functional. Pool, which I haven’t attended this time, is nice and reception staff is very professional and helpful. Absolutely good value for the money in Bang Rak area. Hotel isn’t fancy, it is functional. I’ve been upgraded to a larger room which was a nice gesture for a returning customer."

"A true oasis from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Having the wonderful option of taking the complimentary shuttle was fun. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. And the customer service was extraordinary. We enjoyed Christmas dinner on one of the hotel’s dinner cruise ships and the food was outstanding and it was a lovely intimate atmosphere quite unlike the passing massive party boats on the same river. We felt very lucky we chose this hotel. "
