"We asked for three beds and was given a very large room with 3 beds. Room was clean and the security guards at the metal detector were so eager to help me on looking for the bus route to the museums and parks I wanted to go. It was the guards that help me not the reception clerk, they did not know anything and did not bother to look for it on the map or do anything at all. "施設自体悪くない。朝食も良かった。 しかし、チェックイン時にまさかの予約を受けていません。ホテルドットコムの予約確認書を見せても、メール画面を見せても認めない。約30分、英語もろくに話すスタッフがおらず、携帯の翻訳サイトを使った会話。最後は諦めたように予約とは違うタイプのキーを渡され、ちゃんと確認するけど予約は無いよと中国語。デポジットはとっておきます。翌朝のチェックアウトまで何の連絡も無く、終始不安で過ごすことになりました。チェックアウト時何の説明もなく、何事も無かったようにOK!のみ。デポジットも返されましたが、呆れて文句いう気にもならなかった。ほぼクレームです。ホテルドットコムさん共々説明を求めます。"
